Ingredients

  • 1 Small Ripe Banana
  • 1 Cup Self Raising Flour
  • 1/2 Cup of Self Raising Wholemeal Flour
  • 2/3 Cups Full Cream Milk
  • 2/3 Cups Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of Choc buds
  • 1 Egg lightly beaten
  • 1/4 Cup oil
  • Pinch of Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Pre-Heat the oven to 180c
  2. Mash bananas and sift in the flour
  3. Add sugar, milk and oil and gently mix
  4. Chop the choc buds into bits and add to the mix
  5. Mix thoroughly
  6. Grease a muffin pan and spoon mix in ( 2/3 full)
  7. Bake for approx 20 mins
  8. Turn onto a rack to cool
