Choconana Muffins
With just a hint of cinnamon these are a great brunch-time source of energy and carb’s.
Not to mention the taste.
Ingredients
- 1 Small Ripe Banana
- 1 Cup Self Raising Flour
- 1/2 Cup of Self Raising Wholemeal Flour
- 2/3 Cups Full Cream Milk
- 2/3 Cups Sugar
- 1/2 Cup of Choc buds
- 1 Egg lightly beaten
- 1/4 Cup oil
- Pinch of Cinnamon
Directions
- Pre-Heat the oven to 180c
- Mash bananas and sift in the flour
- Add sugar, milk and oil and gently mix
- Chop the choc buds into bits and add to the mix
- Mix thoroughly
- Grease a muffin pan and spoon mix in ( 2/3 full)
- Bake for approx 20 mins
- Turn onto a rack to cool
