Citilink Industrial Park (CIP) is a two-stage business park located on both sides of Shaw Road. It is approximately 10 minutes north of the Townsville CBD, and is close to the intersection of Shaw Road with the Bruce Highway. Shaw Road is currently being upgraded to the Townsville Ring Road, and CIP will occupy a high-profile position once the road is completed early in 2009. This road is designed to link the northern and southern approaches of Townsville, providing fast access in either direction. CIP is also positioned at the entry of the proposed Shaw Road Industrial Precinct: a 152 hectare parcel of land designated by Townsville City Council as the future industrial hub for the city. Stage 1 occupies 12.72 hectares of land between Shaw Road and The Bohle River, and will be divided into 24 lots. Stage 2 occupies 7.176 hectares and will de divided in to 18 lots.

CIP will provide industrial-style premises of a high-quality in both their functionality and presentation. The park will cater to trucks up to B-Double size, and all lots will have direct access to the centre roads, which are 22 metres wide. Landscaping will consist 100 percent of Australian native trees and shrubs to provide shade and soft borders. Covenants will guide the design of all buildings, protecting the substance of the project and ensuring the corporate image of the occupants is reflected in the high-standards of the premises.
