  • 1kg Uncooked Prawns
  • 2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Hoi Sin Suace
  • 1 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic, Crushed


  1. Peel and Devein all the prawns, leaving their tail in tact
  2. Mix all sauces and garlic together in a medium bowl
  3. Soak the prawns in this mix as you prepare the skewers
  4. If metal no problem, if they are wooden pre-soak them in water to keep thm from burning
  5. Put your grill element on your oven set to high
  6. Skewer the prawns then lay them on a wire rack covered in foil
  7. Brush them with extra marinade, then place under the grill
  8. Turn them over once they have changed colour
  9. Brush with marinade
  10. Remove from oven and squeeze a twist of lemon or lime over to set it off
