Garlic, Chilli and Honey Kebab

Ingredients
- 1kg Uncooked Prawns
- 2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Hoi Sin Suace
- 1 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Chilli Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 3 Cloves of Garlic, Crushed
Directions
- Peel and Devein all the prawns, leaving their tail in tact
- Mix all sauces and garlic together in a medium bowl
- Soak the prawns in this mix as you prepare the skewers
- If metal no problem, if they are wooden pre-soak them in water to keep thm from burning
- Put your grill element on your oven set to high
- Skewer the prawns then lay them on a wire rack covered in foil
- Brush them with extra marinade, then place under the grill
- Turn them over once they have changed colour
- Brush with marinade
- Remove from oven and squeeze a twist of lemon or lime over to set it off
