Nothing like caramelised grilled tomato to set the pork and bacon off. This is a basic formula, that’s why it taste as good as it does.


  • 750g Lean Pork Fillets cut into cubes
  • 4 Rashes of rindless bacon cut into small strips
  • 250g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1/3 Cup Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic crushed


  1. Alternate the Pork, the bacon and the cherry tomatoes on the metal skewer
  2. Mix together the sauce, honey, garlic and oil
  3. Place skewers in large flat plate
  4. Cover with marinate overnight
  5. Cook under a grill or on a hot BBQ plate
  6. Basting with the marinade frequently
