Montana is a boutique land release in Mt. Louisa which is launched to the public in March 2008.  Set on almost 13 hectares Montana has vast parklands for play or relaxation.  A network of walk/cycle paths provide integrated connectivity through the estate linking parks to the natural creek bed which flows through Montana.  Only a limited number of families will be able to enjoy the serenity of Montana as it is limited to 124 homesites with average size of 630m2.
