Nanna’s Anzacs
This is one of Nanna’s age old classics, senational every time!!!
Chewy and full of that golden syrup caramel.
Ingredients
- 1cup Rolled Oats
- 3/4 Cup Oat Bran
- 1 Cup Plain Flour
- 1 Tbsp Bicarb Soda
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 4 Oz Butter
- 1 Tbsp Golden Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Boiling Water
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients except Bi-Carb
- Melt butter and golden syrup gently in a pan
- Mix the Bi-Carb and boiling water then add that to the butter/syrup combo
- Mix thoroughly through the dry ingredients
- Bake on baking paper for 20 mins at 150c
- Ring Nan and tell her how much you love her
