Taragon Mayonaise
Perfect for a basic cos lettuce salad or even as a ceaser variant.
Ingredients
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 Tbsp Tarragon Vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon French Mustard
- 1 Cup Olive Oil
- Salt and White Pepper to taste
Directions
- Place egg yolk, half the vinegar and the mustard in a mixing bowl
- Whisk until light and creamy
- Add the oil, 1 Teaspoon at a time
- Constanly mixing, adding the oil slowly and only once the previous oil has been absorbed
- Stir in the remaining vinegar
- Add salt and Pepper to taste
