Tartare Sauce
This is best with a fried seafood platter or prawn cutlets. Freshened with some lime or lemon it is taste plus.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Whole Egg Mayo
- 1 Tbsp Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp Halved Cappers
- 2 Small Gerkhins, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill, Chopped
Directions
- Combine all Ingredients in a bowl and mix vigourously
