Newly appointed Executive Chef Dean Pedrotti has created a menu with fresh, seasonal tastes at Sugatrain Restaurant, Townsville. Expect Tempura Prawns served with Sesame, Soba Noodle Salad and Chilli Jam, Rack of Lamb with a Herb and Mustard Crust served with Gratin Potato, Caramelised Shallots, Green Beans and Rosemary Jus and Mango Panna Cotta with Coconut, Lime Syrup and Vanilla Tuille for dessert. Entrees range in price from $14 to $18, mains from $20 to $34 and desserts are all $12. Located on Palmer Street, Sugatrain is open daily from 6.30am for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
